HFFCU has added additional security features to our home banking system.
Please Follow These Main Steps to Log into our Updated System:
UPDATE YOUR USERNAME:
Log in as you normally would with your current account information.
Pick your delivery method of either text, voice, or email.
Check your phone for an access code message.
Enter the access code into homebanking.
Enter your new username (your new username can no longer be your account number as it is not compliant) please follow username requirements.
Your new username is now accepted!
Please hit “Remember this Device” to save your security access. You will need to do this on every device you are using to access online banking.
