Fixed rate Home Equity Loan Disclosure Minimum loan amount is $10,000 and maximum loan amount is $300,000  for terms up to 180 months with loan to value up to 80%. Loans will be made against your primary residence, single family homes located in the state of CT. Property insurance is required. No closing cost apply. A Home Equity loan of $10,000 with a 5-year term at 3.99% APR* results in 60 monthly payments of approximately $18.41 per $1,000 borrowed.
